1. Standard Shipping

We offer a standard nationwide shipping fee

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Delivery Areas

We currently only deliver within South Africa. International orders are not available at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is lost or not delivered, please contact us at neisshomme@gmail.com and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
