Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been placed and processed.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved only under the following circumstances:
The item received is defective or damaged.
The product is misprinted.
The incorrect size, style, or color was sent due to a seller/manufacturer error.
If one of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You’ll be required to provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
3. Non-Eligible Reasons
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for:
Wrong size ordered by the customer
Change of mind or preference
Wear and tear from normal use
4. How to Request an Exchange

Your full name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Supporting photos if applicable
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the defective item and receive your replacement.
